A NEW VISION – SHARE YOUR VIEWS

Glenbrook is bringing forward proposals to redevelop the Church Street Car Park site, and we would like to thank everyone who took part in our first round of public consultation.

The initial consultation, held from 3 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, provided an opportunity for local residents, businesses and stakeholders to share their views on emerging proposals. This feedback has been carefully considered and has played an important role in shaping the next stage of the project.

We are now launching a second round of consultation to present our evolved proposals and demonstrate how your feedback has influenced the design.

This consultation provides an opportunity to:

– View the evolved proposals on our second stage consultation boards, which you can find below.

– Understand how feedback from the first consultation has informed the proposals

– Share any further comments ahead of the planning application submission via the link below, which will direct you to a questionnaire.

Online Consultation

The consultation on the proposals will run from 28 May 2026 to 28 June 2026, with an application to be submitted Summer 2026.

Drop-in events

We also invite you to our in-person drop-in sessions where you can speak directly with the project team and view the consultation boards in person.

The sessions will be held at:

Manchester Craft & Design Centre 17 Oak Street, Northern Quarter, M4 5JD

– Tuesday 2nd June 2026 – 2.00pm – 6:30pm
– Wednesday 10th June 2026 – 5:30pm – 7:30pm

Your feedback continues to be essential in shaping a high-quality development for Church Street and the wider Northern Quarter. We encourage everyone with an interest in the site to take part in this consultation.
